About Us

Stephanie is the founder, operator, and co-owner of PMI EXPerience. She earned her Bachelor in Hospitality from the University of Puerto Rico, a Master of Business Administration from Strayer University, and is a licensed property manager in the state of Maryland. After obtaining her Bachelor’s degree, she relocated to the USA to jump start her hospitality career at the Walt Disney World Resort. She has had a successful career in administrative managing director roles in the food-service and hospitality industry centered in customer relations, sales, and operations.

It was that foundation in hospitality, along with the continued support of her entire family, educators, mentors, and friends that has allowed her to pursue her dream of managing staff members and providing top notch service in highly competitive industries.

In addition to her dedication to property management, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her husband, improving old recipes, gardening, listening to TED talks, working on house projects, and exploring the DMV area with her relatives and friends.

David is the co-founder, and co-owner of PMI EXPerience. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico, and a Master of Science in Electrical & Computer Engineering from Johns Hopkins University. After obtaining his Bachelor’s degree, he relocated to the DMV metropolitan area to start his engineering career with the U.S. Department of the Navy. For over 11 years, David has had a successful engineering career with proven ability to lead, manage projects and programs, develop teams and provide extraordinary customer service.

His career with the U.S. Navy, mixed with his passion for providing an exceptional customer service, are the foundation he needed to acquire the skills and expertise necessary to make your property shine at its full potential and retain its maximum value.

In addition to his dedication to property management, David enjoys spending time with his wife, playing with his dog, developing software applications and electronic gadgets, listening to music, and painting.

Marisol is the Business Development Manager at PMI EXPerience, where she drives business growth, forms strategic partnerships, and ensures clients receive personalized and responsive service. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Neuroscience from Earlham College and is pursuing an MD-PhD in Public Health to become a Physician-Scientist. Her background in public health provides valuable insight into community needs that inform property management strategies, while her clinical research experience strengthens her ability to analyze data, assess market trends, and implement strategic solutions.

Marisol’s strong interpersonal abilities, developed through her Watson Fellowship, allow her to build lasting business relationships and effectively network with investors, clients, and community partners. As part of her fellowship project, she was awarded $40,000 and spent a year traveling abroad, interviewing individuals from various cultural backgrounds on their perceptions of quality of life. This experience deepened her understanding of diverse perspectives and human needs, which she now applies to her work in property management.

With a unique blend of scientific rigor, interpersonal finesse, and strategic vision, Marisol is well-equipped to drive growth and innovation in the industry. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, baking, reading, attending concerts, and spending quality time with friends and family.

Osiris takes her role as Chief of Security at PMI EXPerience very seriously—whether she is keeping watch from her favorite window seat or conducting perimeter checks during her daily fetch sessions. Ever vigilant, she ensures no squirrel trespasses unnoticed and always sounds the alarm for important events—especially her favorite one: her family arriving home.

When she is not on duty, Osiris enjoys greeting guests, boosting team morale, and demonstrating expert-level ball retrieval skills. Loyal, attentive, and always ready for action, she is an irreplaceable part of our team.
