Guaranteed Broker/Agent Referral Program
We appreciate all referral opportunities from real estate brokers and agents, both on the residential and commercial sides, for our full-service property management services. That's why we offer our 'Professional Alliance Guarantee.' We accept property management for properties in Prince George's County, Charles County (primarily Waldorf and White Plains), and Montgomery County.
We are introducing the Professional Alliance Guarantee Agreement (PAG), where upon signing, you could earn $400 per door for any client you refer to us, provided we place a tenant. If there is an existing tenant, you would earn $200 per unit for our property management services. We also believe that your client should remain your deal—if they are ever interested in buying or selling a property, we will refer them back to you.
