Property Evaluations
Both of our packages (Gold and Platinum) include three evaluations. For each evaluation, you will receive a report with pictures.
- Move In: Documents the property's condition for comparison with the move-out evaluation at the end of the lease.
- Mid-year: Conducted at the 8-9 month mark to assess the property's condition.
- In Maryland, yearly leases require a 90-day notice of non-renewal to tenants. This notice period allows for property and rental history assessments to determine whether to renew.
- Move-out: Compares the property's condition to the move-in evaluation.
Additional property evaluations are available for a fee of $150 per evaluation.
